Terms of Use

Effective July 15, 2026

These terms cover your use of themethodbureau.com, operated by The Method Bureau in Sacramento, California. By using the site, you agree to them.

What this site is

The site describes our services and lets you apply for a Systems Audit. It's informational. Submitting the application form doesn't create a client relationship, an engagement, or any obligation on either side — it starts a conversation.

Pricing shown on the site

The module and configuration prices published here are our current, real prices — we show them because we think hiding pricing is a bad habit. They aren't a binding offer, though: the scope, price, and terms of any actual engagement are set in a written service agreement we both sign. That agreement — not this page — governs the work, including the ninety-day minimum, billing, and what happens to the systems we build if we part ways.

No guarantees

We don't guarantee business results — leads, rankings, revenue, or otherwise — on this site or anywhere else, and content here isn't professional advice for your specific situation. Descriptions of systems running on our own business reflect our operation at the time of writing.

Your use of the site

Don't misuse the site: no attempting to break, overload, or probe it, no scraping the form, and no submitting applications with false information or on someone else's behalf without their permission.

Intellectual property

The content of this site — copy, design, diagrams, and the name The Method Bureau — belongs to us. You're welcome to link to it or quote it with attribution; don't republish it wholesale or pass it off as your own.

Third-party links

Links to other sites (like our host's privacy policy) are provided for convenience. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided as-is. To the maximum extent California law allows, we aren't liable for damages arising from your use of the site itself. Liability connected to actual client work is addressed in the service agreement that governs that work.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute about the site will be handled in the courts of Sacramento County, California.

Changes

We may update these terms; the current version always lives at this address with its effective date above.
